Appraisal Services
When you and the carrier are unable to reach an agreement on the amount of loss, policies have provisions to take the loss into an appraisal process. As the insured, you are required to retain your own appraiser, ensuring they are competent and disinterested.

Claim Package Preparation
We offer a claim preparation package in which we evaluate the damages, prepare the damage estimate with supporting photographs, and present to the home owner. These estimates as prepared by an adjuster, but not retained by the home owner. This allows the home owner the opportunity to present their own claim to the carrier.
